This is my simplest and shortest post!
In our last post, we talked about the importance of having a cash flow strategy.
We said that at a fundamental level a business exists to:
- Make a profit
- Generate cash
- Achieve the mission of the business
If you are stressed about your business, having a plan will help reduce that stress. According to an article by Morgan (2020), uncertainty is unsettling and research shows that planning can help deal with that uncertainty and in turn reduce your stress.
So, if you’re heading into 2021, stressed and worried about your business with no plan, create a plan. I will help you feel more in control and less stressed.
