Poor alignment can waste valuable resources, cause confusion, prevent growth and destroy company culture. Having a clear path maximizes resources, energizes employees, accelerates growth and creates magnetic cultures. True clarity has a multiplicative effect. We will work hard on making sure everyone in the organization understands the direction of the company and how they fit into the overall strategy. We will work hard at ensuring we are working on the problems our customers want solved.

Realize our full potential
We believe God has gifted everyone with specific strengths and talents. Those talents need to be developed and used to their fullest effect to help those around you. Not realizing your true potential is a shame.

Be Perpetually Positive
A negative attitude never produces positive results. This doesn’t mean we ignore problems, but work hard at not complaining about our circumstances. We will define the problem that needs to be solved and work hard to solve it. 

Philippians 2:14-15 “Do all things without grumbling or disputing, 15 that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world”.

Long-Term Over The Short-Term
We are going to plan for and do what is best for the long-term health of the company, our employees and customers. We won’t always get this right, but we will strive to do so. We live in an increasingly impatient world. We realize to create something special takes time. We won’t take short -cuts just to get a short-term result.

Founder’s story

John Boudreau

CEO Envisionable

After graduating from Gordon College in 1992 with a degree in chemistry, I began my career as an environmental analytical chemist and eventually became a laboratory director. This position involved solving complex, multivariate analytical problems by providing analytical services to wide variety of environmental engineering firms.

In addition to a deep interest in science, I’ve always loved small business and especially real estate investing. In 1995, I started investing in real estate, both commercial and residential. By 2004 I was able to generate enough cash flow and leave my position as laboratory director.

This gave me extra time to begin my next venture, Ion Marketing Group, a digital marketing company focused on the real estate industry. Ion created a custom database that utilized the data feed from Rhode Island’s multiple listing service. This allowed real estate agencies to serve up property data on their websites and win more customers. After a year’s time, Ion had 90% of the largest brokerages in Rhode Island as clients.

In 2006, I sold Ion and founded Astonish, a digital marketing company focused on helping the local insurance agent market themselves in an increasingly competitive market (Geico spent ~$1.2 billion on advertising in 2013).

Along with a lot of great people, we grew the company to several hundred customers and a little under 100 employees.

In September of 2011, Astonish partnered with a private equity firm, Serent Capital.

In 2012 Astonish was voted #267 on the Inc 500

In June 2014, after 8 years I left Astonish and founded Envisionable. In 2015 Astonish, which was re-branded as “Intygral”, sold to Zywave.
