Core Values
Your core values define the essential beliefs and principles upon which your business is built. Core values also provide details around HOW you and your team will operate and what your company stands for. At Envisionable, one of our core values is teachability. I will look for this core value when I hire someone and will seek to embody this core value in the way I lead. Core values aid in guiding employee behaviour and are at the “core” of your decision making. Knowing what you stand for simplifies the decision making process.
Core Purpose
Your core purpose is the reason WHY your company exists. In short, this is why you wanted to create your company in the first place. Why do you provide the service you provide? What is your reason for being? Simon Sinek wrote a great book on this subject called, “Start With Why”. According to Sinek,“People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it”. Vivid Description

This description becomes a conversational and motivation tool. Since your vision hasn’t been realized yet, it is sure to be fuzzy in other people’s mind. You need to craft a story and “future picture” for other’s to latch on to. The message to clients and employees found within your vivid description keeps achieving your vision exciting and possible. Even longer. Use this far-reaching audacious goal to get people’s attention, draw your client base in and keep them engaged.
